Bill Reimer

President, Owner, & CEO

Bill started R & R Contracting, Inc. in 1988 after having worked at Burlington Northern for over 15 years. In 20+ years of helping R & R to grow he has had offices in North Dakota, Texas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Canada and South America.
Jeff Schake

VP of Operations

Jeff attended AVTI in Bemidji, MN where he attained a degree in business management. He also retains Master's Degrees in ASE and CCt. He has been with R & R since 2004.
Angie Landeis

Office Manager

Angie attended Aaker's Business College in Grand Forks, ND where she earned a diploma in Micro-Computer accounting. She has been with R & R since 2000.
Mark Reimer

Sales & Marketing

Mark has worked in some aspect of the construction industry since 1982. He spent several years working as a pipe fitter and welder in different locations around the country, later becoming a foreman with Chicago Bridge and Iron. He has been with R & R for over 15 years.
Trent Berg

Chief Engineer

Mr. Berg is responsible for managing and directing all Survey and Engineering initiatives on behalf of R&R Contracting and other wholly-owned subsidiaries on a national basis. He has full accountability for site surveying teams, oversight of civil and railroad design, and expertise in structural, and design. Mr. Berg graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Brendon Lamppa

Field Superintendant

Brendon is a graduate of Falls High School in International Falls, MN. He then attended UND for mechanical engineering. His career at R & R began in 2003, where he has been a laborer, operator, and foreman.
Nicole Olson

Administrative Assisstant

Niki attended Jamestown College, in Jamestown, ND. Prior to working for R & R she was in the financial industry for 7 years, taking care of everything from new accounts to Investments. Niki has been with R & R since November of 2008.
